We're sure you will be happy with your order but if youd like
to send an item back for any reason please send us an email to let us
know and then re-package the item securely in as received condition
(the original box/bags that any item comes in must also be returned)
and send to us within 14 days of your receipt. Please include a copy
of your invoice or a note with your name & order reference number
so we know who's order it is.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We
strongly advise that you use a recorded service for peace of mind in
the event of a Royal Mail loss. As soon as your return is received by
us, we'll issue a refund for the goods cost (less any P&P
charges) or send a replacement or alternative if you so wish (a
P&P fee may apply).
Should you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, please email
us so we can let you know what the difference in price you'll need to
pay will be.
Regretfully postage, packing and any insurance incurred in the
delivery of your order to you are direct costs and cannot be
refunded. (For overseas returns, this includes any import duty, VAT,
or customs freight charges passed onto us will be chargeable to you).
Any gift wrapping (if chosen) is also non refundable.
Any personalised items can only be returned for repair or exchanged
Should an item be returned that is not in 'as received' condition,
with any labels removed causing tears on the product or packaging or
without it's original packaging of the actual product, a re-stocking
or repair fee may apply. If the item has been damaged before sending
back, a refund will not be made.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot accept cancellations or give refunds for any personalised
goods or special orders (i.e. goods made up to your specific order
such as a custom ordered fitted tune or a special order for you that
we don't stock).
Cancellation and return of orders legally only applies to private
individuals. Companies & businesses are excluded from the
distance selling rule. (business to business)
Return of Faulty/Damaged Goods :
If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged or broken, please
email us as soon as you can or within 7 working days to let us know
what is wrong.
Depending on the size of item/type of goods, we will inform you of
the best way to return them by either royal mail post or courier.
Once we have informed you of the way to return the goods, please
re-pack & send (with the original internal & external
packaging and your receipt) back to us. Please ensure you obtain a
receipt and proof of posting from Royal Mail or the Courier.
Upon receipt of the returned damaged goods, we will send a
replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost and refund your
return postage cost.
