box is fitted with a traditional clockwork wound musical
movement and made to the highest of standards using fine
woods and veneers. Our artisans create the exquisite inlay by using
an age old tradition of cutting tiny pieces of different wood veneers
to make up the design. The inlay is given depth by shadowing created
by burning the edges of the veneer pieces in hot sand and fine detail
added by hand with a special ink.
